106 Adderley

106 Adderley is one of Cape Town's commercial property developments, set for completion in 2010. Destined to set a high standard for the area around it, it will house offices, retailers and a piazza.

Taj Palace Cape Town

Taj Palace Cape Town is set to join the ranks of one of many luxury hotels run by India Hotels Company Ltd and is their first major investment in South Africa. The five-star hotel will form part of the Mandela Rhodes Place precinct in Cape Town's Old City.

Cathedral Square

Eurocape's future plans include upgrading the public space around Mandela Rhodes Place. This includes implementing traffic calming measures in Wale and Adderley Streets, resurfacing part of St George's Mall and Adderley Street, and pedestrianising Church Street between Adderley and Burg Streets.

Eurocape plan to upgrade the area around St George's Cathedral. Cathedral Square, as it will be known, will create a vibrant, new public space within the heart of the city that reconnects city residents with the Garden.
